A Personal Note From Tammy Frisinger
"I would love to help you feel your best, whether you are you are looking to have a specific injury treated or are just looking to relax and unwind. I understand that each person comes to me with different needs. Therefore, I make it a priority to spend time with each client to determine the source of their injury, which groups of muscles need to be worked and balanced, and show them how follow up care can help keep them pain free.
"Massage is a necessity, not a luxury! Stress is at an all time high for many people. What better way to take care of your body, and promote better health, than regular massage? I encourage all my clients to view regular massage as body maintenance; something they do to bring their body back in balance, to stimulate their body's own healing properties, and to encourage a greater sense of well-being. All of which allows them to get on with their life in a healthier way.
"Now is the time to make your health a priority. Discover for yourself the many benefits massage has to offer. Clear your schedule and clear your mind!
